Danica Voss, Ala Mhigan Native, is a sellsword and former resistance member looking to forge her name anew in Eorzea. Gil is plentiful here, as is need for her spear arm as shes seen time and again, job after job, as she follows her homeland’s prized tradition of mercenary work. To what end is still beyond her but she’s sure she’ll figure it out eventually.
Until then she is content picking up any job that lets her flex her muscles in the profession of her Ishgardian Expatriot of a father. Hunting, guard work, it doesn’t matter. If it sate her strange bloodlust she would gladly take the job. Perhaps she should be concerned about that.
But she’s never been one for worrying about the future.
She’ll probably be dead by then anyway.

Aveline Bontensont: The young, magical, Miqo'te is as a sister to the sellsword. The two of them really being the only family the other has after a series of unfortunate events in Gyr Abania, during its occupation by the empire. Voss has nicknamed her Ace.
Aeric Laudrup: Voss’ Fiance, this former heretic turned Flame Captain has a stranglehold on her heart. Where to others she is the mockery of an open book, to he she can hide nothing. One of few souls in the world she truly trusts, and one she knows she’d be blind without.
Kingsley Solomon: Former coworker and current friend, Danica can’t help but view the stoic and broody highlander as something akin to family. Perhaps it’s her history, perhaps it’s that he seems to put up with her much more chaotic streak, but thick or thin she’d gladly fight by his side.
Neran Fletcher: The Ul'dahn artisan affectionately called Nern by the mercenary is a dear friend to Voss. Almost a younger brother, whose mischievous antics and worry bring some level of normality to the sellsword's life. A bond forged after long conversations over their shared origins outside of the city state, while the weaver chastised her on the state of her armor. Or lack there of.
Xion Asterismos: A Healer Danica ran into when bleeding out in the shroud after a nasty encounter with a hunt target that proved much more legendary than she was lead to believe. A friendship was born after Xion healed the errant huntress, even if the injury maintains some kind of metallic curse.
Saulden Windgate: A nervous elezen gentlemen Danica had the fortune to run into one evening and has since press ganged him into something akin to friendship. A ruthless tease, she hoped to aid him and his friend Marius in adjusting to Eorzea, as well as by brutally aiding them however they need in their own vengeance.
Orlaux Voss: A man Voss long thought dead, but who in reality has spent the past twenty years since the fall of Ala Mhigo and the death of his family trying to find her in Garlemald. If only, he chastised himself, he had looked south instead of north. Perhaps then he would have found her faster. While he mourns lost time, Danica is simply glad to have even a fraction of her family back, and is happy to know that all those years she spent upon Ul’dahs streets, she wasn’t without someone looking for her.
Caolan Haustefort:One of Voss' childhood friends, Caolan is a Sky Pirate with dreams of running his own ship, or perhaps even a whole armada. He’s smart, mean, and with more than a small silver tongue, but don’t let that fool you. There’s a reason Danica will occasionally, and perhaps a bit mockingly, call him “Mom”
Adam "Coyote" Roth: Of all the street rats she grew up with, none are closer to Voss than Coyote. It was with him, and their youngest friend Zara, that she walked out of Gyr Abania after the initial destruction of her home village. Though he worried the appearance of a third eye in their early teens would have her shun him, she would never turn her back on a man she views as brother.
Zara: The youngest of those street rats, Zara is a fiery revolutionary that makes Voss look calm and collected. Despite the many run ins with the law this has inspired, Danica would never change it for the world. Enjoying her younger sisters penchant for debate and violence in equal measure.
Cuore Mysidia: A friend of Alex’s who tried to help her locate her errant cousin when he first disappeared, Voss has nothing but respect for the woman. Even if she did have to witness the dying whale like flailing she calls dancing.
